Storm Restoration · NWA, Missouri & Oklahoma

Storm damage restoration, from the first inspection to the last shingle.

Full-service hail and wind restoration with insurance claims help. One Springdale office handles the inspection, the claim paperwork, the adjuster meeting and the rebuild, so you don't have to.

Chapter 01

The first days after a storm

After a hailstorm the roof is usually not the first thing anyone checks. Gutters get dented, vents get dimpled, shingles lose granules you will never see from the ground. Damage like that is easy to miss and easy for a carrier to dispute later, which is why the days right after the storm matter more than the weeks that follow.

In our core Northwest Arkansas market we aim to be on site within 24 to 72 hours of a significant storm. After major regional storms we triage by severity and proximity, and we offer emergency tarping for any active leak while the full claim moves forward. The phone at (479) 250-1470 is answered around the clock, so there is no waiting for office hours to report a leak.

The inspection is free, and we put what we find in writing whether or not the damage warrants an insurance claim. If the roof is fine, you hear that from us plainly and owe nothing.

Seven steps, one crew from start to finish

Claims stall when the inspector, the claims helper and the roofer are three different companies and none of them owns the file. Our restoration runs as one seven-step sequence under one roof: free inspection, documentation, claim filing help, the adjuster meeting, supplements, the rebuild, and a final walkthrough with warranty activation.

The step that decides the most is the adjuster meeting. We meet the adjuster on site so the full scope is captured, and when the first estimate comes in short we file a supplement with the documentation behind it. Our plain-language guide to how Arkansas claims work, including actual cash value, replacement cost and your deductible, lives on the insurance information page.

Chapter 03

Across the Ozarks hail belt

Hail does not stop at the state line. Southwest Missouri and eastern Oklahoma sit in the same Ozarks hail belt as Northwest Arkansas, so our storm restoration range is a 100-mile radius, covering the Arkansas River Valley, Carroll County, southwest Missouri and the Tulsa metro.

When a big storm hits outside the core market, we send the same crews and run the same claim process we use at home. After the May 2024 EF3 that crossed Owasso, Claremore and Pryor, we handled significant volume in Oklahoma using exactly that approach.

The restoration, in order

Seven steps between a damaged roof and a finished one.

Steps four and five are where the scope gets set. The adjuster meeting captures the full picture, and a supplement corrects an estimate that came in short.

  1. Free storm damage inspection

We aim to be on site within 24 to 72 hours of a significant storm in our core NWA market, and within a few days for outlying communities once intake is scheduled. The inspection is free across the whole service area, and we put our findings in writing whether or not the damage warrants an insurance claim. No obligation to go further.

  2. Document damage with photos and measurements

Photos, measurements and drone imagery, collected before anyone argues about scope. This is the file your carrier's adjuster will be measured against, so it gets built carefully.

  3. Assist with insurance claim filing

You file the claim with your carrier. We help you do it, so the damage is documented properly from the first call instead of patched together later.

  4. Meet with your adjuster on site

We stand on the roof with the adjuster and walk the damage together so the full scope is captured in the estimate, not just the parts visible from the driveway.

  5. Handle supplements if the initial scope is underpaid

When the first estimate misses damage, or more turns up once the old roofing is off, we file a supplement with the documentation to back it. Supplements are routine on storm roofs, and we handle the paperwork.

  6. Complete the restoration once approved

Once the carrier approves a scope and estimate, you authorize the work, we order materials and schedule the rebuild. Roof, siding and gutters as needed, with debris removed and the property cleaned up at the end.

  7. Final walkthrough and warranty activation

We walk the finished work with you, then activate the manufacturer and workmanship warranty. The details are on our warranties page.
