How a Pinnacle project works

Our roofing and exterior project process, start to finish.

We've refined our process over nearly 30 years to make your experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Here's how a project with Pinnacle works, start to finish.

The short version

Inspection, clear estimate, build day, quality check, walkthrough.

That is the five-step summary. Below are all seven steps as they really run, each beside a photo from one of our own jobs, in the order a roof goes on.

  1. Step 1 of 7

    Inspection & Consultation

We start with a thorough, no-cost inspection of your property. We'll assess the current condition, listen to your concerns, and explain what we find, clearly and honestly.

  2. Step 2 of 7

    Options & Clear Estimate

You'll receive a detailed, written estimate that breaks down materials, labor, and timeline. No vague numbers, no hidden costs. We'll walk you through your options so you can make a confident decision.

    Scheduling & Preparation

Once you're ready, we lock in a start date that works for your schedule. We'll explain exactly what to expect on build day so there are no surprises.
