Storm Damage Roof Repair · Hail & Wind
Storm Damage Roof Repair
Hail, wind and severe weather repairs across Northwest Arkansas, with full insurance claim support from a crew with nearly 30 years of experience.
Chapter 01
What hail and wind leave behind
Storm damage on a roof is rarely dramatic from the driveway. It shows up as dented or missing shingles, granule loss, dented gutters and vents, and cracked flashing. Most of it is invisible from the ground, which is why a roof can look fine the week after a hailstorm and start leaking in the fall.
Northwest Arkansas gets hail and straight-line wind every spring. Pinnacle offers a free inspection after any severe weather event, so you find out what is really up there before you decide anything about a claim.
Nobody on our crew will tell you a roof needs replacing when a repair will do. If the damage is isolated, we say so and fix just that.

Documentation that survives an adjuster
A claim is won or lost on evidence. We photograph and record the damage in detail, then build the report your insurance company will actually read. When the facts are thin, drone photos fill the gap.
We help you file, and we meet your adjuster on the roof so the two of us are looking at the same shingles. If the first estimate falls short, we file a supplement with the extra documentation and handle the back and forth.
That is the same path for every storm job, from the free inspection through the final walkthrough and warranty activation. You can see all seven steps just below.
Chapter 03
Deadlines and deductibles
Most policies give you a window, typically 1-2 years from the date of damage. It is easy to lose track of it, so the smart move is to get the roof looked at soon after a storm while the evidence is fresh.
In most cases you only pay your insurance deductible, and your insurance covers the approved repair costs. The deductible is yours to pay. Arkansas law does not let a roofer waive it, and we will not pretend otherwise.

When the claim gets denied
“Our insurance company initially denied our roof claim, but Brian did not simply give up. He carefully reviewed the situation, helped organize the necessary documentation and supporting evidence, and guided us through the appeal process. Thanks in large part to his knowledge and persistence, the appeal was ultimately successful and our roof replacement was approved.”
